Form Overview

This form will allow you fill in the information needed to set up your GDS account with Reconline and MotelMate. What you need to do:

Fill in the form

When you submit the form it will take you to a page showing you all the information you have just entered.
Print the page

By going to the File menu and selecting Print.
Sign it & Send it back

There will be a clearly marked area at the end of the form for you to sign.
All you need to do is fax us back the 'Central Reservation Service Agreement' section with your signature. You can fax it to MotelMate on +64 9 377 2887.

Introduction

To open an account for your hotel in the reconline|CRS we need your address, contact name and information about your room types.
This form will help you to set up this information.

Important: the information of this form will only allow us to create an account for your hotel in the reconline|CRS. After this, you need to complete your hotel data online in the reconline|CRS (ie: hotel amenities, sales texts, offers, prices, availabilities, etc…). As soon as we have created an account for your hotel you will receive your personal user name and password to login to the system and administer your data online.

Room Types

The reconline|CRS system allows you to open an unlimited number of room types. Please consider that the more room types you open, the more work you will have to do to update your information (ie: availabilities, rates, etc…). That is why we recommend you open only those room types where you have the greatest availability.

Optional: if you work with room codes (eg. DBL for double room or similar) you can enter your own room codes in the reconline|CRS system making the update of the data easier for you.

Listed below is an example on how the room description should appear:
2 Double beds, free wi-fi, direct dial telephone, cable/satellite TV, bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, hairdryer-on request, mirror. Work table with chairs, fully furnished kitchen - stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker dishes.
