The advantage is being able to sell your availability directly, in real time, to the markets you want to have. Your connection to multiple sites is automatically maintained which lowers the risk for double bookings and gives you the confidence to sell more rooms, seamlessly.

The MotelMate Connection
MotelMate is now the New Zealand agent for Reconline CRS, your gateway to the GDS & IDS systems. Using our WebSync technology your accommodation availability and rates can be placed directly in front of the agents selling your rooms, as well as guests wanting to purchase them. All you have to do is keep using MotelMate the same way you already do.
All bookings made through the GDS & IDS distribution systems are automatically added to your MotelMate PMS system as soon as they are created. There is no more need for double handling of bookings or manually adding them to your MotelMate system. When a booking is made from one of the many travel agents systems connected to GDS, or via a top online booking site, all your other connected GDS and IDS booking sites are then updated with the changes.
Alternatively any manual bookings you add to the MotelMate system will automatically send up to the GDS & IDS systems, blocking out the availability for that particular stay.

There are no monthly fees to pay and no long term contracts. All you pay is a small fee for each booking the same way you already pay commissionable invoices to an individual travel agent or booking website.
The booking costs are:
10% (Agent commission on the far end).
7% Reconline commission.
€5.50 GDS connection fee (approx NZ$ 9.50, AU$7.30).
There is no charge for the set up of the GDS gateway from Skagerrak Software, it's a standard part of MotelMate. Your booking is paid by the guest on arrival and the commission is charged after they have departed.
